We are passionate about design and it transcends through our work. As skilled designers, we enjoy bringing together individual selections to create just the right amount of balance and harmony.  Style and preferences are unique to each client, and it is our goal to embody and execute that vision. We engage with our clients which allows us to provide them a design that works with their lifestyle.  Our primary goal is to create luxurious interiors for everyone! It’s about creating a design that speaks to each client individually and designing a space that inspires them.

We have over 15 years of professional experience in Interior Design, Property Staging and Real Estate. Our education and experience allows us to offer a full range of services to meet your individual design needs.

Denise Fernandez

President/ Licensed Realtor

Denise began her career path at the height of the Real Estate market boom throughout Southern California. Working along financial institutions as Bank of America, and reputable firms as First American Title and Chicago Title. Denise has completed her Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Marketing at The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles, CA. With her extensive experience Denise has had the honor and privilege to have worked for such companies as Kenneth Cole New York, Saks Fifth Avenue, Williams-Sonoma, and Pottery Barn. Denise is now the proud Co-founder of 3 Designing Divas and a licensed Realtor for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties in her hometown of Anaheim Hills, CA. Tanisha Johnson

CEO/ Sr. Residential Designer

Tanisha graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from American Intercontinental University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. She has spent the last 13 years pursuing her passion for design by working within the design industry, designing commercial and residential interiors as well as home staging for real estate properties. She has had the privilege of working on the showcase house for the Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills, a home that was featured in the 2013 Yorba Linda Home Tour as well as the 2016 Torrance Historical Home Tour. She was recently named Lead Designer on a commercial project in Washington DC for a large, international, non-profit organization. She is an Allied Member of ASID. Her home has also been featured in Thrifty Hunter magazine.

Brenda Johnson

Project Manager

Brenda’s background was spent in the Aerospace Industry for the past 26 years. She spent her first 11 years as an Administrative Assistant and Executive Secretary for Program Managers, and high-level Senior Management.She also spent time utilizing a discipline within the Data Management arena, briefing and interpreting contacts, and preparing Contract Rationale. Her final years allowed Brenda to prepare learning curriculums for Business Partners and along with time spent as a Team Lead overseeing billing and accounting. Brenda truly enjoyed her 26 years in the Aerospace Industry. She was able to take her business and clerical skills to another level. I accepted a job opportunity and it ended up a career path for me. She became a rockstar in the business world with her remarkable organizational skilled which played an integral part in her success and in any environment. Management saw her abilities and skills early on which presented Brenda with massive amounts of opportunities while opening up doors she never knew existed.

Laura Zepeda

Auto CAD Drafter/ Jr. Residential Designer

Laura began her Interior Design career in 2011 working as an intern for the Architecture firm Studio SA in Santa Ana, CA. For over 3 years, Laura excelled in Visual Merchandising for Saks Fifth Avenue and also in Kitchen and Bath Design for Home Depot. In 2013, she graduated from Orange Coast College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Interior Design. Later that year, she also gained recognition with the unveiling of the Pottery Barn Teen store at South Coast Plaza Crystal Court. She worked for several years as the Design & Visual Assistant Manager and well as the Lead Design Studio Specialist for both Pottery Barn Teen and Pottery Barn Kids. As of May 2017, Laura is now working as the Inside Sales Representative for the David Sutherland, LLC Showroom and Perennial Studio located at the Laguna Design Center. She is currently in preparation for the IDEX exam and focusing her attention and talent in Store Planning. This girl can do it all!

Joan Grill

Sr. Commercial Designer

Joan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Interior Designers Institute. She received her Master of Arts in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. She has spent the last 20 years pursuing her passion for design by working within the model home industry as well as designing commercial and residential interiors. Joan has had the privilege of working with such home builders as Lennar Homes, Woodbridge Pacific Group and William Lyon homes. She has worked with the City of Bell Gardens to design a senior recreation center benefiting the entire community and was also involved in designing common areas for low income/senior apartments in the city of Palm Desert. Joan is passionate about design and committed to helping her clients achieve the best look for their interior. She is currently a part-time Professor at Palomar College in San Marcos and is enjoying every minute of it!
